Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, an IHG Hotel

well we reached very late or say very early morning around 3.30 am we had still alert staff for our check in and also to take our luggae to the room . the staff here very good and polite the breakfast what we had was also good too many things to choose from plus what you want to eat they will bring it to your table overall a very short but memorable stay > we had booked three rooms

I like the service staff and the promptness of the service. While there are some inflexibility in the way the staff work, they are still accommodating.

The Crowne Plaza is a great hotel! The rooms are amazing and very clean. All the staff were very friendly and polite. Special thanks to Mr. Rahul Verma for being always so helpful. I strongly recommend the Crowne Plaza.

The exceptional service , the cleanliness much better than the many five stars . Anil , the Masterchef , is truly a master, makes dishes according to your taste . what a wonderful experience !!!!!

I got upgraded to an suite just by letting the staff know that I had driven a long way to the hotel. The staff was very courteous and supportive and made sure that everything has been taken care. The breakfast was awesome with plenty of options. Overall a very nice experience.
