Everything about the hotel. From the facilities to the staff is just exceptional. I requested a late check out until 2pm this was approved immediately and was informed to me. Very good spread on the breakfast buffet. From Indian to Chinese to Korean and the standard American spread. I used their in room dining facility and the gym which was also very good. Gym is a fully equipped one with a trainer. Staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. I can recommend the hotel to anyone.

Breakfast was really great, ample of variety , had dinner at the indian restaurant and the butter chicken was awesome, however it would be great if the restaurant can give some kind of tit bits once u sit at the table, bit expensive but you would expect that at a 5 star premises.

The staff was exceptional and upgraded us because we were there to celebrate my parents' anniversary. They decorated the room with flowers and gave a complimentary cake as well which was very kind of them to do. The food was really good across cuisines - Indian, Chinese and Italian. The breakfast spread was massive and truly worth spending 3 hours at. The spa was also very good - with well trained therapists who know exactly what to do. The pool is relaxing and with the 5 jacuzzi spots it is perfect.

The stay was comfortable. Since I was there to celebrate the birthday at the time of check in they upgraded my room to a suite at a very minimal price. Also as per their policy, they provided the complimentary cake.

All things are better, very relaxed and fully satisfied feelings, great coordination and supportive staff like that ,neha , sutapa .hemant and Aman , thankful to all staaf , better carring and good behaviour to all staaf , i enjoyed my stay . Clean and safe, which are two of my priorities Restaurants, bars are available on site, good food and large choice Av real five star hotel, be careful, you get sometimes big surprises with hotels in India pretending to be five stars that would not get one star in Europe

well we reached very late or say very early morning around 3.30 am we had still alert staff for our check in and also to take our luggae to the room . the staff here very good and polite the breakfast what we had was also good too many things to choose from plus what you want to eat they will bring it to your table overall a very short but memorable stay > we had booked three rooms

Miss Anamika from the Housekeeping department queried my requirements and ensured that the room was always stocked as instructed. Good service by her .All the staffs are very humble and always take extra care. I would like to thanks all hotel staff and particularly Miss Anamika the best house keeping staff member I ever met

The food was excellent (especially the Korean food in the buffet dinner!). The hotel and rooms are very clean, comfortable and the service is good.
